What content does the event teach?
We will be teaching SEND pupils, in the mainstream classes and our newly established inclusion base, to learn how to use the speech to text function on digital devices to record their learning.
Which methods and resources are used to convey this content to the participants?
We will be using headsets and microphones to teach children strategies to record learning in a written form without being able to write themselves.

What are the goals of the event?
Our goal is to provide access for children to record their learning in a written form using digital resources.
Which target group are you addressing with your event?
We will be focusing on SEND pupils.
What makes your event special for the target group?
This will provide the children with the hands-on teaching to use the new resources for them to record their learning.
The event will begin in September 2026 to expose the children to the resources and we will then keep these resources in the provision to be used independently across the year.
