Description This project aims to accelerate the education, learning potential and careers of the youth and student groups in the Balkan region through a blended learning program that opens up powerful regional and intergenerational networks and grows opportunities in their future professional life and skills development focusing on Technologies in Maritime. It expands educational and development opportunities to address the needs and expectations of displaced learners and university students around tech, having as concrete deliverables the A) Introduction to tech business mentality and access to entrepreneurial tools and resources in various sectors starting from Maritime, B) Emergence of student role models and Creation of regional cross Balkan networks, C) Development of online educational resources around entrepreneurship and digital skills accessible for wider audiences and future programs, and D) Contribution to unemployment relief through tech reskilling and connection of the academic environment with business needs. It targets talented students and local groups in Western Balkan countries, to bring high caliber educational to those who don’t have access to technology-rich environments.
