We know how it goes. You start with a great idea for a workshop, you mean to write the application early, and then life happens. The deadline creeps closer, and suddenly there's less time left than you thought.
So consider this your nudge: applications close on 15 July. If you've been sitting on an idea, this is the moment to finally put it into words. If you haven't started yet, two weeks is still enough time to dream something up and apply.
A quick reminder of what's at stake.
Approved applications receive €500 in funding to run a free digital skills workshop for children and young people in your community. Coding workshops, robotics sessions, AI experiments, creative tech projects, digital storytelling — if it brings young people closer to technology, it qualifies.
This year, we're especially curious to see ideas exploring AI, but every good idea is welcome.
No experience required. Really.
You don't need to be a tech organization, and you don't need to have run an event like this before. You need a community you care about and an idea worth trying.
