113th Bradford Brownies

Opis OVERVIEW
Delivery of curriculum enrichment classes to children aged 8 to 11 years. Enabling children who are underrepresented in STEM to develop coding skills, providing access to a range of activities that encourage computational thinking.

Lesson plans will cover the following key areas
● Algorithms and Programming: Developing precise instructions
● Sequencing algorithms
● Debugging sequences
● Repetition (loops, iteration)
● Selection (if statements)
● Creating Digital Content - Patterns in Computing and Art Repetition (loops, iteration) and procedures

Techytots will provide
● All of the resources
● Staff who are experienced and qualified to deliver the classes
We use robots and hands on tech, for example building their own physical computer game that we upload and they can play digitally. Programming robots to send morse code messages, plus Stop motion animation and lots of other hands on tech and programming.
